Frequently we're asked about guarantees, so here it is:

· Does Sage aka The Prosperous Goddess guarantee our material?

Absolutely! The power of these resources has been proven again and again, as evidenced by the vast number of client and customer letters and testimonials. The fact that Angelic Abundance Activator has been voted the #1 Law of Attraction program in the world by people in 18 countries, in an independent global contest, speaks volumes to the power of these tools for your transformation.

· Does Sage aka The Prosperous Goddess guarantee your results?

Absolutely not! How could we? YOU are the variable. This is your life, your commitment, your activity, and your choices. We can offer you tools, but you need to use them. Your results will be commensurate with your own participation.

Physical products are typically delivered to you within 7 to 10 days from date of purchase via United States Priority Mail. We regret that some countries outside the United States may delay delivery with their customs process. If you need your products sooner we can ship them via another method for an additional charge. Let us know if you'd like us to provide you with these other shipping options.

Digital products purchased are delivered to you automatically at time of purchase. Typically an email with a download link will arrive in your inbox within five minutes. If there's a delay, or you can't find the email, contact our customer service team at Sageclientcare@gmail.com.

If you purchased our digital product through one of our partners, please contact them if you experience delivery problems. (And let us know if the issue isn't resolved!)

There are no refunds for 1:1 session time already used (although we have never had a request for this in over 20 years, we are proud to say). All sessions with Sage and Mark are prepaid when the session is booked. If you need to reschedule, please provide 24 hours' notice, otherwise the session time will be considered used.

Retreats: Refunds are only given if we cancel the retreat. If something unforeseen occurs and you cannot attend as planned, your other option is to find someone to take your spot (they would pay you) and under most circumstances, we will allow a transfer of your tuition. You would need to notify us in writing so we could change the roster and send your friend/substitute the info they need to attend. Our retreats are very, very small, highly intimate spiritual experiences and we only offer a few per year. No other credits or refunds will be applied for any live events.

Returns are rare, but here are our policies:

Digital Information can't be "returned." Therefore Sage aka The Prosperous Goddess has a "No Refund" Policy for all digital download products purchased directly through us. That includes home-study courses, group coaching programs, audios and ebooks.

Return of physical products, such as Aligning with Abundance or HeartLight/Self-Love CDs, Radical Self-Love Guidebook or Kit, or other home study products, are accepted for 30 days. The refund will be issued when the product has been returned and received by us undamaged, as new. Also, if a CD is defective, you can ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will either replace it, give you credit or refund your purchase. (Follow the instructions in your CD package mailer or email Sageclientcare@gmail.com)

Because we really want to cultivate happy and satisfied customers, we take great pains to make available lots of information- articles, meditations, channelings and teleclasses - before you make a purchase... so you can make an informed choice before you buy.
